Helix

The geometry of life — illuminated.

Helix draws from the deepest visual language of the natural world — the double spiral found in DNA, in climbing vines, in the very structure of shell and bone. Two intertwining ribbons twist upward around a glowing core, their translucent surfaces catching the light in shifting planes as you move around the piece. From one angle it burns like a flame; from another it resembles the moment before a blossom opens. Helix is sculptural movement made permanent.
